There are other apps starting a trend to hums readable input. You click + and type (see examples below) and it parses the task info and auto populates it. This would be ideal.

I totally agreeut everything on one page, the tapping to go to each page is ridiculous. It has me shopping for other apps.

It's not adding new events that is the problem. It's editing pre-existing events that is too lengthy of a process. It takes 3 steps to edit an already existing events. Then it takes 2 steps to get back to the monthly calendar.

If you touch and hold on the date in the calendar view, then a popup will show and you can click on event to enter an appt more quickly.
