It keep saying "No writable calendar was found"

With iOS 6, Apple introduces privacy feature in Settings. User can control a permission for access to calendar database, photo library, contacts, reminders and location service from another application.

So if user do not give a permission to AwesomeCalendar, AwesomeCalendar can not display or create a event at all. Check your privacy option in iPhone Settings.

Note:

In spite of giving a permission, if the AwesomeCalendar does not work properly, remove the AwesomeCalendar from multi-task bar and restart the AwesomeCalendar. Make sure that you do not need to uninstall the AwesomeCalendar, just remove from multi-task bar.
