How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.

  1. Ability to delete an alarm for a calendar event.

    Once you set an alarm for an event you should be able to modify it or delete it. This is pretty basic.

  3. I love the app but I noticed once you set an event alert you can remove it or change it. You can only add another?

    I noticed that once you set an event alert you cant remove it or change it. You can only add another, it would be nice to be able to delete it or change it.

    There should be a default setting for events. Like for example, you should be Obel to set the default time, calendar, alert.

  5. Automatically share entire calendar with others

    I would like to have the ability for me and my wife to share entire calendars so we don't have to send each other events each time they are added. It would be nice for this to do it automatically so our calendars would be identical at all times.

    Need the option to be able to delete event alerts. Also need event alert at 0 mintes or actual time of event

  8. Adding birthdays

    Being able to add friends and family birthdays. They may not be on Facebook so syncing with that does not add a lot of the birthdays I want listed. I would like it separate from listing an event.

  9. Turn off alerts

    It would be helpful if I had the ability to turn off alerts for all-day events. Right now whenever I create one it seems to automatically create an alert for me (sometimes it goes off at 10 minutes to midnight and wakes me up) and I can't see any way to delete it. Help!!

  10. Get rid of the weather, or give option to switch it on or off as preferred.

    Get rid of the weather to give more room for the calendar, or give the option to switch it on or off as preferred. More room is needed for calendar. I have other apps for weather, if needed. Nice app, otherwise.

  14. Would love to be able to set a reminder alarm 1-2 weeks in advance just to help remind me of an upcoming event like a birthday.

    Just add choices for alert/reminder for up to 1-2 weeks before an event. This way I can plan accordingly and have things ready for a meeting or a birthday.

    In setting you should be able to choose the default calendar, ex. personal, work, google calendar sync

  20. Use a stylus or finger to enter handwritten notes

    This app is very nice but lacks the ability to quickly hand write notes or draw pictures in the task area. This would greatly improve the versatility of this product.
