How can we improve AwesomeCalendar?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

  1. Please don't delete previous months events! It's December, and I needed to access an event in September. All the events were gone!

  2. Date on the icon

    Please put the day of the month on the calendar icon, but without having to enable badges. While keeping the todos as a badge.

  3. This calendar should be self syncing between devices. It is not saving me any time to enter the information on both my iPhone and my iPad.

    This app should work across all my devices like so many other apps do. I paid for the pro version, some of my free apps work together. It's really a nice calendar, let's fix this.

    Awesome calendar works with whatever calendars you have set up in the iOS settings area (Settings→Mail, Contacts, Calendars). So, each device must have the same setup for them to stay in sync; the sync is not between devices but between your remote calendar and your device.

  4. All the data should be saved until the USERS delete them! And it would be nice for u to let us creat an account to keep the info

    It's annoying if the events I've done or even left undone are gone. They should be kept in case I want to chase back the old days, they are part of my memory. And what if I accidentally delete the app? I just don't get it why events on my calendar could vanish without my knowing. PLZ fix it or perfect it. So far you've done so brilliant

    Please check Event Sync option in the iOS settings area and make sure that you have set it to All Events.
    Here is path for you to check the Event Sync option.
    iPhone/iPad settings>Mail, Contacts, Calendars>Sync

  5. Automatically share entire calendar with others

    I would like to have the ability for me and my wife to share entire calendars so we don't have to send each other events each time they are added. It would be nice for this to do it automatically so our calendars would be identical at all times.

  7. Scrolling calendar

    While looking at the month view, be able to scroll the screen up and down so when planing projects that cross month end you don't have to turn the page, but can just keep on looking at it as if it was still part of the same month.

  8. SETTING TO RETAIN ALL DATA ON DEVICE

    Please add a simple on/off setting to allow all appointments and diary entries to be retained on portable devices for up to five years and without doing manual backups, even though this will use my devices memory. I am devastated to find that I cannot review past events as I had expected from the apps description. Really great app otherwise.Thanks!

    Why oh why have past events deleted? I use this calendar for tax... I am utterly dismayed. If not fixed i cannot use this app, which i find perfect in every other respect. I can't believe you would design it like this. Discovering this today has totally buggered me as i now have no record of all my appointments this year. Please tell me there is a way to retrieve this data and why is there nothing in settings alerting me that this would happen?

  11. How can I save my events from previous months???? Everything is gone!

    If I were using a paper planner I would be able to go back and look at previous events. This is a function that is super important!! How can I save them or can you fix this?

  13. Day date on app icon

    I really like my AC. Please add the day date to the app icon like the iPhone default calendar does. Even if it was small it would help. I have to keep the iP calendar on my phone face just to know the date! I don't use it otherwise. Please!

  14. Stickers linked to dates

    I'd love if stickers were linked to the date you place them and show in any calendar view you choose

    They are funnier, easy to use and much more visible than text!!

  15. Adding birthdays

    Being able to add friends and family birthdays. They may not be on Facebook so syncing with that does not add a lot of the birthdays I want listed. I would like it separate from listing an event.

  19. Be able to look back at past events from previous months for personal reference!!!

    Be able to look back at all past events, like you can with android calendars!!!! I needs to be able to look back at my schedule for different things but everything I gone after a month, it should ALWAYS be visible!!!
