  1. All my important notes used to be on the app disappeared after I updated the app. It’s very important as this for my life

    My iPad has all my information, but not my iPhone. And when I try to sync them by turning on and off the icloud my iPad data will convert to my iPhone which has nothing. I then have to restore my iPad to get back my data. How do I make my iPad data go to my iPhone?

    I had deleted the app and reinstalled it too unknowingly and my notes did not return. However on my iPad I left it alone and it restored everything there. The problem is the sync to notes won’t sync between my iPad and my iPhone. It just syncs endlessness with no results. Does anyone have a solution? On my iPhone too every time I want to enter a note the app shuts down when I click save so it’s a pain to add notes to my iPhone but iPad I have no problem.
